1) I recommend replacing "illegal" with "suicide."

2) I won't do that myself yet, because I think this calls for some discussion. This seems to be a common problem (and not just on SL), telling little white lies (especially about suicide being illegal) to newbies by implying that Go has/is one ruleset. I commend the use of "general" and "usually" at the top, which demonstrates how I think this should be handled (Go-litically correctly?).
