Uberdude: I saw some qualifying games played on KGS in the AGA tournament room for the Bingsheng Cup (I think) which Cathy Li won. Anyone know how these fit in? Was there a next round, before the last 16, she played in?

She won the place reserved for the North American representative. She is interviewed on Sina Sports.

+ you can reread a lengthy discussion on lifein19x19 about the fact that feng yun was not allowed to play in the qualifier. (failing to fulfil requirements regarding continuous membership and tournament games)
