I found a quote that, while having nothing to do with Hikaru no Go, fits beautifully as some kind of summary. The passage in question is from the Book of Mormon, 3 Nephi 22:11:
O thou afflicted, tossed with tempest, and not comforted! Behold, I will lay thy stones with fair colors, and lay thy foundations with sapphires.

I deleted it from there, as it isn't a go reference; just a coincidence with Hikaru no Go (lol Sai is God).
Note: the passage is a quote from Isaiah 54:11.
