WHAT CAN I DO IF SOMEONE IS CHEATING IN A GAME BY NOT PRESSING PASS EVEN WHEN THE GAME HAS ALREADY ENDED. OR, KILL THE ONES THAT AREN'T DEAD.
I haven't played in IGS in a while, but I think the only thing you can do is call an admin.
RueLue: Find an admin - how do you do that on igs? They have no star beside their name as on KGS. And I don't think, tweet is the only admin there.
I was subject to verbal abuse on IGS. Although I emailed the admin mailbox to complain, I have never received a reply. Not very satisfactory.
RueLue: I just found the hint to just message "admin":
> Send a message to user “admin” on the Pandanet-IGS server.
so when you are logged in, type in the client's terminal window:
tell admin please help, my opponent (game 231) tries to cheat
(and give the name or number of the affected game)
By the way - I play online now since maybe 10 years and it happened only one time to me (two weeks ago), that someone tried to cheat on a normal server (yahoo is not a normal server).
