My edition of Gokyo Shumyo has 103 problems in the first section (to live). Our page has only 100. We started to kill problems at 100, in place of 104. Perhaps we should rename the 101 and 102 problems to Gokyo Shumyo (kill) 1 and Gokyo Shumyo (kill) 2.
thoughts?
