Since I got no response posting this question on Pyeseok, I'll try again here. Can anyone explain the different between the Japanese "mochikomi" and the Korean "pyeseok" or confirm that they are synonymous?

Judging from the characters used to write pyesoek in Korean, it seems it corresponds to kasu-ishi or junk stones.
