togo: It is difficult to assign the tesuji to the chapters in a unique fashion, since the chapter titles come from different dimensions. A better way would be to have a unique listing in alphabetical order and complete listings under chapters. The chapters should be organized as orthogonal subdivisions of arbitrary top level chapters. Any objections? Any comments? Any anything?
