Dankenzon: I tried to get in several bookstores in Japan, but it wasn't available. So, I ordered from Amazon Japan, even they just run out of this. Looks like it's become an "out-of-print" book for a while.

Bill: 11/20/07. Amazon Japan says that volume 2 is in stock (only one, though) and that volume 1 can ship in 4-5 days.
