There is a game called Tochki, (Russian: Точки) played by Russian and by Czech people with paper and pen. English internets don't have a lot on this game. (or I've probably just not searched enough) But the fact is that this game is very similar to Go. It is not as complicated as go, but has a lot of similarities. Maybe the name of the enclosure - Toochika, be connected to this game?
