Hi! My name is Jan Christian Meyer. I'm from Germany (Furtwangen) and I'm currently 19 years old. I learned about Go because of the Anime Hikaru no Go like so many others ;)

I'm playing Go for about a year now and I'm ranked as a 10k on KGS although I think I'm a few stones weaker than that. I'm not sure about my strength.. because I had no lessons from dans yet and I'm only playing on KGS.

I'm very interested in programming, so I tried to develope Go Utilities of course :) I haven't finished many projects for Go yet resp. I do not feel them to be good enough for public except my Component TGoban for Borland Delphi! I'm planning to open a SL page for it, so that others can use it to develope dozens of new Go Tools :D
