Toyota Gen

Toyota Gen ^[1] (豊田源) was a Japanese, female professional from the Edo period and 19th century. She was known to be a least 3-dan in strength and the strongest female player of her day. Little more is known, except that she was associated with the Honinbo house.^[2]
