Suzuki Chisei
Suzuki Chisei (鈴木知清, ? - 1835) was a 6 dan Yasui pupil. His father, Junsei (順清) 5 dan served as the godokoro (office for go) of Owari domain and Chisei and his adopted son Josei (丈清, pupil of Honinbo Jowa) inherited the position. Chisei's wife, Tsuya, was also at shodan strength.
In 1824, he published a book titled "Taishu hyaku-dan" (對手百談) with 100 games between him and Okunuki Chisaku, which can be viewed at the Japanese National Diet Library: Vol.1, Vol.2, Vol.3, Vol.4.
