Really, this is a no-brainer.

This is devastating for Black.

Black may be worried about White's thrust at . (In fact, if White does not play it, why did he make the previous plays in the original diagram?) But how bad is it?

First cut, shibori

White has horrible shape.

Second cut  

This is not much better. Now what can White do?
