Reddit

Reddit is an online community based on link and information sharing. Reddit is divided into subreddits, according to topic.

There are many active subreddits for Baduk (Korean word for Go).

• r/baduk aka Reddit Go Club. The current main subreddit for the game with 40,000+ members.
• r/cbaduk for computer Go.
• r/badukshitposting for humor.

In addition, there is a small sub r/baduk_photos for photos (abandoned since 2023)

There are also three with names not containing baduk:

• r/gogame (8-10% size of r/baduk)
• r/proweiqi (focuses on professionals)
• r/HikaruNoGo for the manga/anime, Hikaru no Go.

The regular r/weiqi is a small sub abandoned since 2022.
