Miyake Kazuo

(三宅一夫, 1885-1946) Nagoya player, organiser and educator; 2 dan from Shusai in 1913, 5 dan from Kiseisha in 1927. 7 dan posthumously in 1967.

Founded the Tokai Ki-in in 1929 and self-promoted to 6 dan. It later changed names to Chubu Igo Renmei. Its building was completely lost by Allied bombings in 1945. He then moved to Fukushima Prefecture.
