Tokai Ki-in

(東海棋院) The Tokai Ki-in was set up by Miyake Kazuo in 1929, covering the central Japan (Chubu) area. Later name was Chubu Igo Renmei (中部囲碁連盟). Its headquarters building was totally destroyed by Allied bombings in 1945.
