Fukuda Masayoshi

Fukuda Masayoshi (福田正義, 1899-1981) was a Japanese, professional 6-dan of the Nihon Ki-in. He was one of the pioneers of promoting Go globally - starting from Germany in 1937, he traveled to Europe, the USA and many other countries, meeting Albert Einstein at Princeton in 1951. He was a pupil of Honinbo Shusai.
