Fukuda Hikaru (福田ひかる) is a well-known Japanese amateur player.

2010s
- In 2009 and
2011, she represented Tokyo at the High School Championship. She ranked in the
3rd place at 2009.
- After entering Waseda University Go Club, she represented Kanto region at the Female Student Honinbo in
2012 and
2013.
- At the Kanto area preliminary, she was
3rd place in 2012,

2012, she also represented Kanto area at the All Japan Female Amateur Championship (AJFAC).
- She also represented the university for 5 times and led her team to become Kanto area champion. (

- She moved to Hiroshima prefecture after graduation. In
2017-
2019, she represented Hiroshima at the AJFAC.

- Since 2020, she moved to Kansai area. She attended to the
39th Asahi Kansai Amateur Female Go Meijin at Kansai Ki-in and rewarded.
- In 2022, she ranked in 3rd place at the
AJFAC preliminary for Osaka, Hyogo and Wakayama. This is a preliminary match gathering female amateur players from 3 prefectures.
