Complexity Of Go / Discussion

Bill, the first part deserves some editing and explanation. Another caveat about the complexity stuff is that it is asymtoptic, but I'm not sure if it's worth to explain it.

unkx80: Actually, I think that is may be possible to merge both parts (HarryWang and mine) together in a WME.

I am also not sure whether it is worth explaining the complexity stuff, probably some links to the related pages in Wikipedia will suffice.

Bill: Thanks, guys. :-) I was mainly interested in the recent language edits, which I guess are OK as far as they go.
