Solution

[Diagram]
The toughest try by Black

W1 is the only move to live. B2 must be answered by W3 - and certainly not W4 or W5. One suffers from shortage of liberties, and the other lets Black kill at W3.

[Diagram]
Variation

If B2 here, W3 is the only play that secures life.

Failures

[Diagram]
Failure 1

W1 looks like making two eyes, but due to the descent at black+circle, Black can play B2. Now White can only live by a ko at W3.

(Note that W3 at a is wrong - see below.)

[Diagram]
Failure 2

If W1 here, then B2 hits the critical spot, and White is dead.

[Diagram]
continued: Double ko death

If White throws in with W1, B2 takes one of the kos. Now if White plays at a or b, Black fills with black+circle, holding White to one eye.

[Diagram]
Double ko death (ii)

(After W3 and B4 elsewhere)

If White later takes the ko back with W5, B6 takes the other ko. Now if White connects at black+square, Black connects at white+circle and kills.

[Diagram]
Failure 3

W1 fails to B2.
