Solution  

The main line is to atari at B1 first before making an eye at B3. Due to shortage of liberties, a White move at a would be self-atari.

Variation (B5 at white+circle)  

If W2 chooses to destroy this eye instead, then B3 captures and lives. White loses points this way.

Failure 1  

Black's failure to make the necessary atari would be a fatal mistake. Now White can play W2...

B3 puts up resistance. But after W6, Black only has one real eye.

Directly preventing White to atari at B1 here is futile.
