There is information on the Hahn System at this link. The system was used (is used?) during the 2005 International Baduk Team Championship. The Hahn Pointing System is based upon the scoring used in bangneki where each 10 points of difference in final score results in an additional benefit to the winning player, as opposed to regular scoring where a win by one hundred points is no better than a win by half a point. The scoring system was developed by Prof. Sang-Dae Hahn of Myongji University.
