I do not own the book (Gokyou Shumyo) but I found this particular site: http://www17.plala.or.jp/trachan/gokyou1.html which seems to list all the problems and the mainline solution.

I can format (in time some of this problems. The problems on the site are not sorted by categories but they seem to have the same order as the ones here. Therefore, the first 103 are the "live" section, the next 71 the kill section, etc.

So... is formating them using that site is a good or bad idea?
