For the wish list and probably not an easy one nor of high priority.
It is possible to label points and played stones with various symbols: letters, squares, triangle etc.? It would be useful to be able to include these symbols in the comments. The keyboard does not currently include them. Does the SGF spec allow one this possibility?
AshleyF: Yes, you can mark up the position with various symbols. If you choose Edit > Edit Position, then you will get a toolbar allowing labels (letters), symbols (triangle, square, cross, diamond, circle), and selection/dim markup. Also, GoSuite will show territory markup but currently there's no way to hand edit that (except to choose File > Computer > Score and let GnuGo do it).
Being able to add these symbols to the comment text (like we can here at SL) would be a future feature - I'll add to the list.
