Are the tournaments for a big title always held in one particular city, prefecture or region? Or are they held in different locations around the country?

For instance, might the Honinbo be held in Tokyo one year, Kyoto the next year and Yokohama the year after that? Or would it always be held in, say, Tokyo?

Or is the situation that the league tournament moves around but the final match stays in one area, or vice versa?

I've never been able to find any information about this.
