Eyecatcher2: Any big difference between book 1 and book 2 ?? (2014-05-01 12:11) [#10080]

I just ordered book 2 at Amazon (because it was not as expensive as book1) and i wonder if there is any big difference... are the book2 problems harder than the ones in book1?

The problems in both volumes are divided between three classes. According to the preface of Book 1, Class A is for high dan level players, class B is for middle dan players and class C for players around 1 dan. In book one problems 1 - 22 are class C, problems 22 - 83 are class B, and problems 84 - 162 are class A. In Book 2 the distibution is class C problems 1 - 36, class B problems 37 - 84, and class A problems 85 - 156. So the difficulty levels of the two volumes are about the same.

Thank you!! I knew about that there are A,B,C problems in every book, and that C problems are most easy... anyway, i thought maybe the C problems in book2 are more hard than in book1. Your answer made clear, that book 1 and book 2 are almost same stuff. Thnx for taking the time.
