64.236.128.62: Order of blog list? (2014-02-18 23:01) [#9957]

I just added my blog to the list of English blogs and, because the list seems to be entirely unordered, I ended up adding mine to the beginning for lack of a better alternative.

Should these be ordered alphabetically? Obviously some are defunct and many are relatively inactive. Should the list be curated to divide active from inactive blogs?
