Is the reason why KGS dies that they are practicly speaking are very unfriendly environment for young people? This site is one of the best example imo, I came on KGS from Tumblr and posted a gif and was banned for that without warning lol I play now on Tygem with my friends.
Please keep in mind that Tygem, WBaduk etc. are commercial servers and as far as I know people from Korea, China, Japan pay to play there. That they are free to play for the western public is advertisement and shouldn't be taken for granted. I also wonder if you posted the same gif and generally chat as much on tygem as on KGS.
