I propose this name: Duck head in the corner. 1-3 would be the neck, and 3-2 is the beak. For the shape to actually be in the corner, it should be at positions 1-1, 2-1 and 1-2 on the board (the actual head should be in the corner), much like Bent four in the corner only is Bent four in the corner, if those three positions all are involved.

That this shape is a duck head seems almost too obvious. Has this name already been considered and rejected?
