tell me plz. Is there some rulz I have broken?~~~~
Hi,
You didn't break any rules, don't worry about that. However to me your edits looked like you were using SL as an SGF editor. Trying out moves to see how they worked. While this might have been helpful to you, it isn't for other people in the format you posted them.
On the sake bottle shape page for example your extra diagrams made no sense in the context of the page. The text below the diagram refers only to the original diagram. Your diagrams would only serve to confuse readers since there is no reference to them in the text and it was unclear what they were supposed to be. That's why I removed them.
On the sake bottle shape, textbook example page, you added some diagrams under a header that stated "sandbox". And since again these diagrams would be pretty much meaningless for readers other than yourself, I removed them. However I did move these to the actual sandbox so you can still find them if you want.
Now if you wanted to add material about how to cut the sake bottle shape or the shapes weaknesses in general. That's great, we can always use more material. However try to present it in a way that is useful for every reader not just yourself. In particular do the following things:
If you can't figure everything out at once, don't worry people will help you if you ask them to.
On the other hand, if you just want to experiment with diagrams, I suggest you use the actual sandbox or make a homepage and do whatever you want there. fractic
Thank you very much for advice!
I really would like to add examples of cutting.
How do you think, after I write text, whole example should be in sake bottle shape or in sake bottle shape cutting?
Regards, Caern
I think the best way would be to make a page cutting the sake bottle shape and then add a link to that page from the sake bottle shape page.
Don't worry about what the exact page is called, librarians can always move it if it's neccesary.
