Wow man, I discovered GO yesterday and in the same day I had this idea. If I remember I had this idea before finishing to read the entire go rules.

I was not asking how almost no one use it yet. I was just curious how go playes never had this idea (some said wow man this is genious a simple thing that no one had the idea before), while some person that just found go rules 2 days ago had this idea.

There's no reason to assume no one's thought of something so easy to think of, so the question must be why, in three thousand years, no one cared.
