- I like this page. It's cool, and the pictures are cool. But I think the edit war that breakfast and others were engaged in is harmful, and I think that it's not good to think of the page of the month as a way to reward that kind of destructive behavior. tb
- I think that issue (edit war) has nothing to do with this excelent page. Shadowjack
- I agree, the page just seems to have been created at a bad time. That does not make it any less impressing. Phelan
- It'd probably help if two thirds of the page didn't feel like some sort of weird advertisement for Igor Grishin and the Go Federation. And one of the only two photos not related to them isn't even Go, it's GoMoku. RiffRaff
- I just think that it's an interesting concept, but there isn't enough content. Coyote

Heh :-)
When I nominated the page I wasn't even aware of these 'edit wars'. I don't know for sure what I would have done if I had been, but I don't think it matters.

I think it's a bit harsh to accuse breakfast of engagin in an edit war. He was merely reverting the page to its non vandalised content.

C.S. Graves: Well, there's the photo of Daniel Barry playing in outer space.
I look at the go moku underwater pic and think "such a waste of an oxygen tank"! I like the ice flow pic myself, though you won't catch me imitating our comrades. More content on the pages would be nice though.

I'm removed excessive links to Igor Grishin and Go Federation, leaving absolute minimum. I think, page is more neutral now.
