Hicham: Just out of curiosity, what justificies this steep price? Especially in Russia, 50E seems quite a lot.
(I am in no way involved in the Russian Go scene, or in the recent editwar here.)
Well, if it comes to that, why 50 euro and not 1750 ruble? When did Russia adopt the Euro?
It's common in Russia to have prices in USD or EU, because many consumer's products are imported. Payment is in roubles, but price changes with exchange rate. And, it's easier to operate smaller numbers.
AFAIK 50EU is price for Moscow, other regions has other prices. I think 50EU is fair price. There are disounts for federation members. Money are spend for running go club and organising different kind of go events (festivals, etc.). And, of course, federation is non-profit.
