Hi, I would just like to check before I do any more work on this, if I am allowed to use SL to make available information on a Competition aimed at low ranked players. I don't think it is against the spirit of SL, but it's always good to check.

Just to make clear, this tournament has no entry free, nor a prize. In the future, I may charge a small ($1 or so) entrance fee so that I can buy KGS membership (or something similar) for winners (if this is the case, I would not be participating in the competition itself).

If a page like this isn't really fitting to SL, I can organise something else.
