the image template is not showing correct behavior here, the author box has two lines, broken at a strange position after the external link icon. Also the next paragraph starts after the author box. It doesn't look nice.
Depends on your browser and screen resolution. Aligned boxes like this are a maximum width of 35% of the screen width, and will break when the screen is very narrow. It is also looking strange on Internet Explorer, the text should be next to the image, but IE is apparently handling the CSS differently from Firefox.
I'll try a hack to fix it.
