I would like to see a source for the sizes of the Ing prizes. This page disagrees with ![[ext]](images/extlink.gif)
http://www.computer-go.info/events/ing/1995/index.html, apparently being one step out of sync with the prize increments. There is also some confusion caused by the way the Ing Foundation counted handicaps, calling a 15-stone handicap "14 moves".

I've added the two references, clarifying the Goe rules and mentioning the discrepancy. Feel free to add more corrections if you find a more authoritative source.
(BTW, this source is incorrect. It is missing the 1-stone handicap challenge, which bumps the prizes up for all lesser challenges. Thus, the last available prize was for NT $400,000 instead of NT $550,000).
