After all these years I believe conceptually, not literally, Almost Fill and Nakade are the same: saying that White creates a 3 point nakade means that she plays 3 stones in Black's eyespace, which "almost fill" it so that Black must capture it, and then White can kill by playing the vital point.

So I'm inclined to merge the pages.
