What is wrong with the website www.gokgs.com? When they went to CGOBAN3 I wanted to download it but the site was down all the time. Now, several months later, I still get server time out and I can't even ping the server.

Is this just coincidence or a structural problem that I somehow can't get to www.gokgs.com?

maybe... but it's weird, because i couldn't get to it while i was in israel and also now that i am in holland...

so it's not the isp i think..
