Black can prevent this easily if he moves first, so I say this is unsettled.

Jeff (DDK?): These are my attempts as white -- I think the inner black group is urgent: dead unless black moves to save it now. Please correct if I'm wrong.

LukeNine45: I think black makes a ko (see below) but this is good.
