Tan1 = Greedy
Bu4 = cannot, do not
De2 = get
sheng4 = victory, success.

This is the first rule of The 10 Golden Rules, and by my opinion, it is the first thing you must learn after you learn the rules. I know that I´m still trying to hold back when I´m playing.
