SnR League Training

In order to encourage everyone to progress even more we decided to make a something like insei training. Basic idea is three leagues A, B and C (more if we have more members). Members are divided into these leagues. Every week, each member plays with the other members of his league. In the end of the week those with the highest score in B-league are promoted to the A-league. Those with the lowest score in the A-league are demoted to the B-league.

Game Settings: 40min per person, +5 rounds of 1min byo-yomi/15min main 20min/25stones canadian byo-yomi. No handicap. 6.5 komi. You may nigiri or may choose.

How to nigiri: One player types odd or even. Another types number. Someone other types "now/go". And when players see it they press enter simultaneously.

Note: You may change these settings if both players agree.

Rules on promotion Players with most wins will be promoted. If two or more players have equal number of wins one with most number games will be promoted(because being active is main factor). If two or more players have euqual number of wins and games, the result of the game between these players will be decisive.

Interested Players

If you want to join the league write your name here on the page. And tell Sub about your participation.

Current scores can be found from SnR League Training
