Ryokuseikai

Ryokuseikai (緑星会) or, Ryokusei Igo Academy, is a Go school in Tokyo, known for students including Yamashita Keigo and Aoki Kikuyo, and for a rating / handicapping system invented and developed by its headmaster, Kikuchi Yasuro.
