Danoontje

Danoontje, or Peter Brouwer is 6dan on KGS. 2003 has been a good year for him, seeing him successfully capture the Danish Title.

Danoo learnt to play go at home with his father. To begin with though he preferred playing chess more because his father didn't beat him as easily at that. Now though things have changed and Danoo can offer 7 or 8 stones. His interest was really kindled at age 9 by the visit of a strong Dutch player to his school.

Currently he is studying engineering, but also finds time for dancing, and brewing his famous yoghurt (100% Tesuji Powerrrr!).

On KGS Danoo likes to kibbitz over games with Deft, have impossible fights in games with Minismurf and play rengo with Zero Kun. He has no favourite go player, no idea who Tartrate might be, and no knowledge of the naughtiest thing he has ever done on a goban.
