Pak Chong-yeol

朴钟烈 (b.1953) Korean pro, 4 dan in 1990.

His last game on Go4Go (where he has the unusual romanisation Park Jongyoel) is from 2011. However, the last game listed before that was from 2004, and only four are present from after 1992; so we can't take this as an indication that he has necessarily retired, although that wouldn't be improbable considering his age.

He doesn't appear on the list of Korean professionals, which currently only includes active players, so his retirement does seem likely.
