tchan001: The modern version of the book just lists the name as X蝴蝶. In a reproduction of the actual manual, there are 2 other characters which are not totally legible so I have made my best guess efforts on what the actual name is. Best guess effort meaning doodling on a chinese input IME until the computer returns a character which best fits what you can make out from the bits, pieces, and shape of the illegible characters.
