Kuroki Goishi Ten (黒木碁石店) has been a pioneer in the sale of high-quality Go equipment via the internet directly from Japan. Kuroki is a manufacturer and the prices are substantially lower than what one would expect from other retail channels.

History

Kuroki Goishi Ten was established in 1971 by Soujiro Kuroki (黒木宗次郎 Kuroki Sōjirō). As of 2005, the owner of the company is Kazushi Kuroki (黒木一士 Kuroki Kazushi).

Ordering Advice

Kuroki does not speak English and needs to have his foreign correspondence translated. Assuming that he is not travelling, the customer can expect an average turnaround of two days for a response.
