Kambayashi Haruko

Kambayashi Haruko (神林 春子), born 1921-03-16, died 2013-08-31. Nihon Ki-in female pro in 1938, she retired in 1947 and was promoted 2 dan; then 3 dan in 1954 and 4 dan in 1995. Younger sister of Kanai Shin'ichi.

Authoress of How to Play Go Game and Go Game for Beginners, two booklets often included with portable go sets made in Japan during the 1950's and 1960's.
