Ha Yeong Il

(河 英一, b.1985) Japanese-born Korean who is a Kansai Ki-in pro, 1 dan in 2001, 7 dan in 2022. Pupil of Mizuno Hiroshi. The Japanese reading of his name is Ha Yon'iru (ハ・ヨンイル).

Runner-up in the 35th Shinjin-O in 2008.

Known on Go4Go as Ha Youngil.
