Ghost writer

A ghost writer is a person who authors a book or an article under the understanding that the work will be attributed to somebody else. Such practice exists also in the Go world. For instance, the Ishida Joseki Dictionary, has in parts a ghost writer, and some blame small errors contained within the book on this.
