Border lines are the junctions between moyo. These borders are a specific type of sector lines.
Either plays on the border line, widening white's moyo and reducing black's moyo at the same time.

Which is not quite the same ( was at a) although I believe the indicated points to still be the correct boundary plays. Are there any general rules about where to play given different spacings between the existing black and white stones?
